"I really loved your films. Compromise, Clasp and Wanna Fix A Flat were intense. The way you told the story had me rooting for the main character and hating those bullies/the drunk father. I hope you continue to make more. You are really talented and I think your stories are interesting, different and entertaining. You got a great style!"

"Bittersweet is exactly what you'll get. It's easy to relate to, one thing I love for certain about this film is that if you've never been through it, you'll be able to truly understand the struggle behind online dating. Brianna did an amazing job guiding these actors into making the characters come alive. It left me with more questions needed to be answered and now i want a sequel! The true definition of a short film can be found here and the whole cast definitely made it happen."

"The presentation really set the standard I was engaged with interest before pressing play. Very original and organic personal exsprince from the filmmaker moving though out the scene. Also the story concerning internet dating is very relatable and current with our time and generation. The visual image was crystal clear and the sound was very excellent. There was no muffling are difficulty hearing the actor's who participated in the movie. Overall A++ in my perspective the Film maker Brianna Abdullah brought a spirit of excellence towards her craft."

"Bittersweet" offers a fun take on the challenging and often difficult world of dating...online dating specifically. Adult viewers will empathize, as we've all been there."
- CEO of Get Game Group, Mario

Brianna Abdullah’s “Bittersweet” illuminates the wonderful perils of modern online dating. Lead man Amari Smith plays Aaron, a young man connecting with a small handful of women (mostly) and finds that first impressions through a highly edited online profile can lead to frustrating and awkward encounters. Anyone who has dabbled in internet dating sites can easily empathize with our hero since the film doesn’t stray far from the all too real experience that this type of dating has to offer. His bewilderment and low tolerance for the common nonsense that online dating so often provides makes for hilarious moments that left me laughing harder than I anticipated. His dates, played by Holly Googe, Jazz Taylor Guillet and Mark Adams, all highlight the humerus characters Aaron must tolerate, all with delightfully awkward portrayal. This fun jab at modern dating is a delight for anyone who has had to trudge through its murky waters.

"Today I saw your short movie “Bittersweet” and I congratulate for your story. I have much appreciated your sense of humor and your audiovisual proposal. I appreciated your message about chatting and meeting people by Internet using the comedy. Comedy is not easy and you find the right tone. I loved the characters you have created, how they are dressed and their behaviors. I have much laughed. Thank you for sharing. :) I do not usually give technical tips or advices to other filmmaker colleagues but I can tell you that do always what you want, what you need to say and to do. Explore yourself making films. So continue like so! :) "
